slow loading in grid using 'loadXmlString'

hi,
I'm using dhtmlxgrid, function loadXMLString to load rows in grid.

the issue is, when the data exceeds 100 rows, the grid gets slower.

is there any way to improve loading performance of grid. Also sorting is slow on the click of header.
