style for xml cell value?

Hi,

Depending on the value of the cell (<0; >100 etc) - can i set a custom color / style for that cell? Following doesn't seem to work.
Please advise.

<cell>10.42.243.130</cell>
- <cell>
- <![CDATA[ <css='mystyle1'>1
]]>
</cell>
</row>
