How to get first and last page buttons in pagination

Hi,
can u please tell how to get first and last button in pagination....now i can able get only next and previous only...please help needed very urgent

If can use "toolbar" skin for paging - it will have "first" and "last" buttons.
For other skins they can be added only by skin code modification.
