Pivot Table - One Column has comma separated values and these values displays 2 times in rows if i select it as

Hi,

I have the problem as follows:

I have fields. One field contains data comma separated if there are more than one value.
Like in Fruits field : i have [apple] as value if there is a one value and if there are more than one then as [apple, banana]

When i try to select this field as rows then i see it 2 times [apple] as this field value is comma separated and i cant see
the same value for values followed by comma for row [banana].
