How can change css file for skin to office 2003 the toolbars

Current version of toolbar has not skin which mimic office 2003
All available skins can be checked here

I change the css include in your zip file but don't can show ok the imagetextbutton. I send one jpg with image and one copy of the css change file.

Any help is important.

Which behaviour your are expecting ?

first i dont want the image of imagetextbutton have square white.

second i wish the event mouseover of imagetextbutton be same of normal button with border and background solid color.
