dhtmlxgrid - filter or search in header not displaying

Hello.
We have evulation version of dhtmlxGrid professional, but I can't get search or filter working.

I try to insert #numeric_filter and #text_search into header but i see `#text_search` instead of form. What am I doing wrong? PLS help me. :'(

You have to include dhtmlx_filter.js file
