scheduler - smart dropdown in lightbox

Hi,
Currently, I have a dropdown (select control) in my lightbox which displays all the users in a dropdown. I'd like to replace with a textbox in which when the user types, the list of usernames whose name matches the first few characters, gets displayed in a dropdown format, i.e. like a smart dropdown which provides auto suggestions.

Can the scheduler support such a control? If so can you provide any examples?
