DHTMLX Layout resizing

It it possible to change size of the layout dynamically to fit container it is in.

Puropse: if size of browser window changed layout container (div) resized - need to have layout resized accordingly.

The layout provides full screen initialization functionality (dhtmlxLayout/samples/init/fullscreen.html)

But the current version doesn't allow to resize layout according to parent container. This feature will be availbale in the next version (it is planned for August).

If you need this functionality ASAP, we can modify layout code specially for you (but possibly there can be problems in next version with it)
