dhtmlxWindow - setModal(true) no longer works!!

Something has happened to dhtmlxWindow between builds 80319 and 80512???
Setting the window to be modal worked in build 80319 and it no longer works in build 80512.

I have compared dhtmlxWindow.js between versions and see lots of changes.
But cannot pinpoint why using the old version works and using the new version doesn't.
Literally substituting between the two js files (and nothing else) makes the difference.

Specifically, nothing has changed to win.setModal or to this._setWindowModal which is what I would have thought to be the problem.
But collectively, the changes between these versions is causing my dhtmlxWindow to be modal or not.

Can one of the development team investigate because I need my dhtmlxWindow to be modal to prevent the user from touching the screen below.

Please try to use attached codebase - the problem was confirmed and already fixed in dev. version, fix will be released as part of next build.
