Windows covering screen in online version

I have set up and tested the windows in my local environment - I run WAMP on Vista - and it works and displays fine.

However, when I upload to the Unix server, the "pop up" has no defined size or borders. It just lies across the page, at the top.

There is no title/header, no sides, no bottom, and it stretches all the way across the page, but in front of the original page.

The original page, which is visible at the bottom, is not coloured, as it should be.

And below *that*, is the title for the Window.

I am not using a user defined viewport, I am using the default full screen viewport.

I cannot see what I have missed. Do you have any suggestions for where to look?

Most probably css file was missed somehow, please doublecheck all used files, the unix box is sensitive to name casing, so please be sure that names are exactly the same as names of files n filesystem. ( Windows ignore difference in case of file names )
