Where and how can i download addons?

I'm looking for dhxwins "modern_red" skin.

We have DHTMLX SUITE package.

the dhtmlxwindows_modern_red.css file is presented in suite package: dhtmlxWindows/codebase/skins/dhtmlxwindows_modern_red.css
