How to figure out newly added Nodes from Drag & Frop

When I drag a row from a Grid into a Tree works fine. But how can I figure out on a Submit of the Page which nodes have newly been added ?

Having solved the problem mentioned above, you may also look through the possible related problems with ajax interface and view menu toolbar.
