The documentation refers to a dhtmlXmenu object but I can't find it anywhere.  The samples about contextual menus use their own set of javascript files to implement the menus.

The dhtmlxMenu is a separate product. You can obtain full standard package at http://scbr.com/docs/products/dhtmlxMenu/index.shtml. Full package contains documentation and samples about creating and configuring menus and context menus.

dhtmlxGrid can use dhtmlxMenu as context menu. The files in sample directory are necessary files from standard dhtmlxMenu package.
