How to hide the cell content in dhtmlx layout

Hi,

I am using dhtmlx layout ...
Here in my code , I have attached dhtmlx tree (inside A cell ) and Other objects (such as Dhtmlx Grid, some html control)
(inside B cell )to Layout..
I have attached onClick event with tree object & calling onNodeSelect function...
Now In onNodeSelect function , on click of particular node in tree .. i want to show corresponding attached object in B cell of layout
and hide all others attched objects..
So Please tell me how do I hide the cell contents of layout?
