Scheduler AM-PM formatting seems to be backwards

Using the following:
scheduler.config.hour_date = "%h:%i %a";

Times like 22:00 are reported as 10:00 am.

This seems like a bug.

Also 12:00 is reported as 00:00

So seems like AM / PM confusion as well as a bug with 12 o'clock

Problem confirmed and fixed. Please use attached js file instead of original one.
