Evaluation version

We are attempting to evaluate your components for a project at a client site. The client will not work with a GPL license. Before we recommend purchasing the enterprise/commercial license, we would prefer to evaluate the professional version. I have sent an evaluation request to your sales email but have not heard anything back. What would you recommend to expedite the request?
